The 15th edition of the Short Waves Festival creates a multi-threaded narrative stemming from the need for reconstruction and transformation, in which we all can have an impact. We want to embrace the changes we observe and, in line with the motto “Rethink/Rebuild,” rethink how film, audiovisual art, and culture can be their carriers. The program focuses its gaze on creativity taking on various perspectives, unafraid to address important contemporary themes and confront us with an ever-transforming reality.

From November 14th to 19th, we will invite everyone to participate in over fifty film, music, and interdisciplinary events, live podcasts, Q&A sessions, and club events that will take place in cinemas, cultural institutions, and more in Poznań.
