Rethink / Rebuild: Freedom of Movement, a set of short films programmed by selector and filmmaker Ygor Gama, is centered around issues of inflows and outflows of migration, as well as the imperative question of social identity. Already presented once at the Kino Muza, the set will be enriched this time with a somatic workshop led by Nat Skoczylas.

This is an opportunity to feel first-hand how audiovisual material can correspond with our bodies, through a mixture of guided meditation, in which participants will be directed by the instructor to experience, sense, reflect and compose, or integrate, the knowledge, experiences, emotions and other experiences evoked by the film screening.
